Terms and Conditions

 

HimosHuvilat adheres to the booking of accommodation services and service reservations made cancellation of the following conditions. These terms and conditions become binding on both parties as soon as the customer has made an accommodation reservation. High season is the Christmas-New Year period until Epiphany (December 21-January 11) Easter, festivals and major regional events such as trade fairs and the Neste Oil Rally


1. BOOKING AND PAYMENT

 

HimosHuvilat does not make preliminary reservations. The reservation is binding from the moment of booking, regardless of whether the reservation was made by telephone or in writing. The booker must be of legal age and on request identify oneself. 50% of the accommodation booking will be charged 14 days after booking and the remaining 30 days before the start of the booking. If the booking is made less than 30 days before the start of the booking, it will be due invoice 14 days before the start of the accommodation. If it is less than 14 days before the start of the booking, the entire invoice is due immediately. From Christmas to Epiphany, as well as event times 50% of the accommodation booking will be charged 14 days after booking after and the remaining 60 days before the event. If the booking is made for an event held in under 60 days, the entire booking will be charged 30 days before the event. If the event is held less than 30 days, you will be billed the entire booking due immediately.


2. HANDING OVER THE KEYS AND CLEANING

 

The key to the accommodation will only be handed over to the person who booked it, or to an adult who has indicated in advance. The booking number and payment receipts, as well as the identity card must be presented to Himos Center at reception upon key collection. If the key is lost, the customer will be charged for the cost of replacing the lock. Door opening fee 50 € on weekdays from 8 am to 6 pm, at other times 80 €. Accommodation is available on the day of arrival after 4 pm and must be handed over on the cleaned day of departure by 12 noon. Departure cleaning can be ordered from the reception on the day of arrival, pricing according to the size of the cottage 75 € / cottage. Cottages / villas have duvets and pillows, but no linen (sheets and towels). Bed linen can be ordered at the time of booking and will be delivered for a cottage / villa, in which case the price is 18 € / set. or you can take them with you at the reception, 15 € / set. Linen must be reserved for some destinations according to the number of guests. Resort more accurate the equipment level is evident from the cottage description. Even if the departure cleaning has been ordered, we require the property to be on the trail of normal living, i.e. furniture and other fittings in place and intact, rubbish taken to the nearest waste point and stains and dirt marks removed. The yard area of ​​the resort must also be clean. If the accommodation is completely left uncleaned, HimosHuvilat will charge a separate cleaning fee of at least € 90. If the cottage / villa is equipped with an outdoor hot tub, a price list will be charged for its use separately. Instructions for using the whirlpool can be found in the cottage folder. HimosVillas will charge an additional maintenance or cleaning fee (from € 150) if the instructions for use have not been followed. It is not allowed to bring portable tubs / swimming pools, etc. !!!!!


3. NUMBER OF PEOPLE


The accommodation may not be used by more people than stated in the destination data, unless separately agreed with Himos Villas. Additional persons will be charged separately extra person charge. Camping with a tent or caravan / mobile home on the grounds of the resort has to be agreed with the sales service in advance.


4. DAMAGES AND LOST PROPERTY

 

The booker is responsible for the property and its furniture during the rental period. The customer is obliged to notify immediately to Himos Villas if the site or its property have been caused any damage. All damages must be compensated. HimosHuvilat is not responsible for the customer’s goods stored in the accommodation or in other areas of HimosVillas, or that are forgotten in them. 5. COMPLAINTS

 

All complaints regarding the reservation and condition of the resort will be addressed to them immediately after arriving at villa, by e-mail info@himoshuvilat.fi. 6. SMOKING AND PETS


Smoking is not allowed inside the property. There is a € 150 ventilation fee for smoking. Pets must always be notified to HimosHuvilat in advance. HimosHuvilat is not responsible for allergies caused to the customer by unauthorized smoking or animal dust etc. problems. 


7. CANCELLATION

 

Cancellation must always be notified to HimosHuvilat in writing. Failure to pay the invoice is not a cancellation! If the customer changes the holiday destination or the time of the holiday, it will be considered a cancellation for the previous booking and a completely new booking. The payment cannot be transferred from one cottage / villa to another, because the holiday homes brokered by HimosHuvilat Oy have several different owners. The exchange is a cancellation for the other owner and a new transaction for the other. There will be silence in the area from 11 pm to 7 am. If the guests cause unreasonable disturbance, and will not ease despite the guard / police note, the reservation may be canceled. In this case, guests will have to vacate the cottage immediately and the fees paid will not be refunded. Disruptions in the area should be reported directly to the police, emergency number 112. In the event of an unexpected illness or accident, we recommend taking out insurance. Changes in weather conditions, slope or route numbers, etc., do not change the cancellation conditions. HimosHuvilat is not obliged to compensate the customer for any inconvenience caused by the construction of the neighboring plot and any equipment or other damage caused by the owner to the accommodation changes that have not been notified to HimosHuvilat.

Cancellation outside of Christmas-Epiphany season and outside of times of events cancellation costs are €95 if cancellation is made no later than 30 days before the start of the booking. For cancellations made more than 30 days before the start of the booking, we will charge the entire booking fee.

Cancellation during Christmas-HimosHuvilat will charge a cancellation fee of 20% of the price of the accommodation, however, always at least €95. Cancellation charges are 50% of the room rate if canceled 90 days before the start of the booking. Cancellations made less than 90 days before the start of the booking we charge the full amount of the reservation.

Cancellation during events HimosHuvilat will charge a cancellation fee of 20% of the price of the accommodation, however, always at least € 95. Cancellation charges are 50% of the room rate if canceled 60 days before the start of the booking. Cancellations made less than 60 days before the start of the booking we charge the full amount of the reservation.


8. THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR POSTPONE THE BOOKING BY HIMOSHUVILAT OY

 

In the event of force majeure or if the customer has not complied with the booking conditions, Himos Villas have the right to cancel a booking. HimosHuvilat also has the right to change accommodation to an equal cottage / villa, or cancel the reservation if the accommodation booked by the customer will no longer be in HimosHuvila’s brokerage or for some other reason is not available at the moment. HimosHuvilat have the right to cancel a booking if we suspect forgery, or fraud against the booker has taken place. If so, the customer is contacted and informed about the situation.
