Aamutähti is a 2018 built high-class villa in the area of Golf Resort and it accommodates 21+2 persons. Villa is located near the services and the ski slopes. Aamutähti is equipped with high quality and modern equipment, which makes it excellent either for conference quests or for families having a vacation.

On the first floor there are four bedrooms, which all have 2-3 separate beds. Living room with open kitchen is spacious and from there you will have beautiful view to the golf course and to the ski slopes of Himos. Living room has custom manufactured dining table for 20 persons. Also meetings can be easily arranged around this 5 meter long table. There is also possibility to rent video projector of which picture can be projected on the living room wall. In the living room there are also a comfortable couch, tv and fire place.

On there first floor there are also big sauna section and well equipped utility room with two separate toilets. Sauna is fitted for ten persons at a time and there’s also passage from sauna to the terrance where also the big jacuzzi is located.

On the second floor there are four separate bedrooms, which all contain 2-3 separate beds. There is yet another toilet and also another living room on the second floor. Living room has sofa-complex and television. Sofa can be turned into a bed which accommodates 2 persons.

Villa is surrounded with porch, which includes outdoor furnitures and gas grill (which can be used during summer and autumn). On the yard there are four heating plug places for cars during the winter.

Mandatory cleaning fee 196€ is added to the rent price. Jacuzzi rent price is 250€ per each stay.
